Running is one of the best ways to burn off adrenaline, particularly that generated by the stress of quitting. But this same adrenaline is what will make us move forward and to approach the race as a healthier alternative to snuff. It is true that we can not and should begin to run off as if llevásemos life to start doing so and the effects of snuff are fattened in principle with the lungs and arteries, both involved in the race.
To achieve a perfect adaptation to exercise is necessary to begin slowly. To adapt our bodies to need a new activity time, which will normally be around three months depending on the physical characteristics of each individual. At this stage of acclimatization we should not focus on running, but after winning fund to complete a race. To achieve this what we will do is combine a career and walk. That is, we will devote three minutes to walk and one run over half an hour and gradually spend more running and less walking.
As time passes we will gain strength and endurance, which will lead us to increase the running time until we can hold an hour straight or improving physical fitness to reach greater distances as ten mile or half marathon. In this way we will detoxify the body of all waste left by the snuff, and eliminating the nicotine to get the individual no longer feel the urge to smoke.
The physical process of waste disposal to stop the snuff in the body is rapid but the psychological is slower. The race is one of the best ways to forget the smoking habit because it will help us find better about ourselves as well as being a good way to unwind and end the anxiety caused by a lack of snuff.
